This year, we celebrate International Day Of Cooperatives with the slogan ” Our Customers Become Members Of The Cooperative” in mind, customers who predominantly consist of parents and legal guardians.
A diverse cast of teachers, parents, graduates, and employees, in tandem with a variety of stable and long-lasting jobs, especially during this period of post-pandemic recuperation, are the chief advantages of labor cooperatives like Rah-E-Roshd.
This diversity has brought to the foreground many previously hidden perspectives that the cooperative’s supervisors were not privy to, resulting in further efforts to meet the members’ needs.
No matter how small it may seem, participation from each of these groups is the lifeblood of cooperatives like Rah-E-Roshd.
Building on last year’s achievements, we will continue to foster a collaborative work environment and, in doing so, paint a new horizon for Rah-E-Roshd: an educational cooperative where all its beneficiaries are members!
