Why should you join a co-op?

Members of co-ops tend to solve the problems together.
From the first step, they pass the barriers together.
Children of Roshd pre-school had grown up, but there was no primary school to continue. The small budget of the founders aimed to create a co-operative paved the way for the dream of primary school to come true. The co-op officially started.
This is the everlasting ethic. For this great family, co-op is not a trade union. It’s an education-oriented collective intelligence that gives meaning to the cooperation of teachers with students and shapes the fate of the inhabitants of this house.
Most of the members of ‘Rah-e Roshd’ are shareholders of this co-op, and regardless of the number of their shares, they have equal votes. Together, they learn to be a scholar and welcome new members on the way. A larger community with a greater future.

Cooperative School – Sharing Economy

After multiple years of experiencing and enjoying the co-op, Rah-e Roshd decided to define itself to others and provide others the ability to join this course with spiritual empathy. Accordingly, they held the first ‘Cooperative School – Sharing Economy’ conference in 2016, which multiple researchers, experts, activists, and officials attended. They showed that they created the way by leading it.

Rah-e Roshd is not like the other schools.
Pioneering spirit and culture is the result of the co-op.
This culture is a way of life and method to build! A way that you must set up through walking it.

Dr. Maljou Participatory Economics Workshop

Dr. Maljou Participatory Economics Workshop
Considering the second conference in Jan 2018, the administrative office of the development of the co-op school designed a training course on the Iranian economy in line with the field of education economics. This training course started in Sep 2017 and finished in Oct 2017. The purpose of this course was to introduce the Iranian economy and the place of co-operatives in this economy, and the role of co-ops in fixing the current state of Iran’s economy. This course was held in seven sessions in the presence of Dr. Maljou at Rah-e Roshd educational complex.
Subjects of this training course included the Iranian economy and the role of co-operatives in fixing the current financial problems. Through these seven sessions, the structure of the Iranian economy was introduced, and the six circles of the theory of capital accumulation and related questions and challenges of each part were discussed (To watch this session, click here).

Co-operative, educational development, and sustainable employment conference

We have created a way toward the future, aimed at the goal!
Rah-e Roshd community held the second conference in 2017. This time, they cooperated with the national education system. Out of duty and intending to promote the culture of cooperation, enhancing the cooperative economy and educational justice, they conversed with others and raised the issue.
